Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible, pursuant to Article 7 para. 1 of the German Telemedia Act, for our own content on these pages under general law. According to §§8–10 TMG, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor information transmitted or stored by third parties or investigate circumstances that suggest illegal activity. This does not affect our general legal obligation to remove or block the use of such information. We assume responsibility for this obligation, however, only after being notified of a specific infringement. On becoming aware of legal violations, we will remove such links immediately.
